Steve's 40th Birthday!

Steve's 40th birthday arrived in the shadow of Papa's death.  While we intended to celebrate this momentous and joyous occasion in true Russell fashion (big and loud), it didn't feel right when the time came.  Instead, we celebrated it family style, at the mountains, with good friends, amidst an epic snow storm, which was big and loud!  It was (probably) exactly as it should have been.
