August 2 - 12, 2019: Our summer road trip took us east to Glacier National Park, Montana, this year and it did not disappoint. We spent much less time in the truck, and lingered a bit longer at each campsite, allowing for a slower pace then in years past. Each year the kids are more capable at helping out with the inevitable packing/camping chores and can endure more, I mean, enjoy longer adventures, which is fantastic. Peyton and Allison also happen to be really great kids, who are a lot of fun to be around! Plus, Glacier NP is such a wonderful outdoor playground and classroom, there is beauty and wonder everywhere. I think it might be one of our (my) favorite family adventures, to date.
