Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels
This was our first visit to Safeco Field and our first major league baseball game. Our outing did not disappoint. Family joined us and the kids' school choir sang the National Anthem. It was thrilling to see familiar faces from school on the big screen (and the blur of bodies down on the field). A beautiful day and an open roof open greeted us, but mid-game rain allowed for a roof closure and that was equally entertaining. Finally, there were snacks, lots of snacks.
Family, friends and food, what's not to enjoy at the old ballgame?
