We celebrated Steve's birthday last night (a few days early) with both sets of grandparents. Peyton was delighted to have them all in the same place at the same time. He's also quite a fan of birthday parties so per his request we had a nice little one in honor of Daddy, complete with presents and cake. Peyton helped orchestrate the entire event by reminding us when it was time for the important activities. Like the little helper he is, he was especially helpful while Daddy was opening his presents and blowing out the candles.
It was Steve's birthday wish to pass on a little secret we've been keeping for some time. Steve surprised the family by sharing some pretty exciting news...come late August we will be welcoming baby #2!
