Today is Groundhog's day. I got to spend it with my family. It was also the day that we finally got around to checking out the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge, a lovely wetlands sanctuary. No groundhogs, shadows either for that matter, but there were plenty of birds to watch. I enjoyed the family outing, fresh air, and a chance to try out my new zoom lens.
Now, I wonder if spring is on the way, or if there will really be 6 more weeks of winter?
