Valentine's Day took on a whole new meaning this year. Peyton really got into the spirit and showered us with love in so many ways. We were given gifts from the heart, enjoyed baking cookies, made personalized valentines, entertained by Peyton singing us beautiful ballads, and best of all, we were covered with many hugs and kisses, something I never get tired of. Peyton gave some serious thought to what we were celebrating. His acts of love were full of intention and deep meaning. Here are a few of his off-hand comments to me:
"This is a great season for love."
"This is the time for love in every human and flower because we love flowers
and ourselves and everyone."
"Mommy, I like those hearts. They make myself feel precious and loved."
(Referring to heart the decorations we were making).
It has been a fun and memorable few weeks.
