We took the kids to Crystal Mountain to kick off our holiday break and to enjoy a fun first ski day of the season. It was a wintery wonderland and there was almost no wait time at the lift lines - the best early Christmas present! The Bode's were enjoying a family ski day, as well. So, we arranged a meet up for lunch and to ski a few runs together. Allison especially enjoyed Ava's company and the opportunity to be the leader, a nice change of pace to her usual racing down the hill after her brother! Peyton was able to have a little one-on-one bonding time of his own, with Steve. We're ready for another great ski season. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
