Luke At Last

What a blast! Uncle Luke comes to visit at last!

Uncle Luke and Auntie Cheri enjoyed a leisurely day in Olympia today before heading north to find a new home. Peyton loved meeting his uncle for the first time and seeing his auntie again after so many months. Since it was another hot one here we didn't get too far from the pool.

We are are thrilled that they are actually moving back to Washington State. Well, mostly. Read as: Steve sees this as many more possibilities for many more adventures...Luke and I are still in the discussion stages of how to fairly share Steve for weekend adventures. I'm totally kidding, of course. Or am I? Hmmm.

It is necessary to properly acknowledge that we still are anxiously awaiting the day when Peyton also has an opportunity to FINALLY meet Uncle Ben, Auntie Jen and his adorable cousins Jasper, Savannah, Walker and Gracelyn. Make note that while far away they are not forgotten. One of these days...I promise!
