Naturalists were at the beach on Tuesday while the tide was low, so we headed there for a play date. It didn't end up being much of a to-do and we certainly didn't need encouragement from the "naturalists" to explore and enjoy the offerings of a low tide on a cool summer day. We discovered the hidden treasure left behind on a low tide: mud. Mud glorious mud.

Inspired, Allison enjoyed her own kind of mud bath later that day.
