Snow Surprise!

Rain. That is what we woke up to this morning. Soon it turned to snow. Big fat flakes started falling to the ground. They were the kind of flakes that make you all giddy with excitement, but that indicate the temperature is warming. We hesitated to get Peyton too excited about the prospect of playing in the snow. Still, it kept on snowing. Hard. Everything turned white. Right before our eyes. For 3-4 hours this morning snow fell and turned our home into a winter wonderland for the fourth time this winter. Like magic. But better. This was real. Real snow. It was a real snow surprise!
