To say tour life has been busy would be an understatement. The week quite possibly topped all others in every way imaginable. It was chock full of so many first moments, milestones and memories; major life changes and transitions. In the span of a week we embarked on a whirl-wind weekend camping adventure with family, during which time we celebrated Allison's 3rd birthday and the "unofficial" last weekend of the Summer, Peyton quit his daily 2-hour nap cold turkey, Steve physically moved his dental practice for one side of town to the other and opened for business with his new dental partner and team at Russell & Bode Family Dentistry, Peyton and Allison each attended an Open House to meet their teachers (both starting at a new school for the first time), Peyton rode the school bus and started Kindergarten, and now, we celebrate Peyton's 6th birthday.
Ready, or not, here we are, facing so many new, exciting and challenging beginnings.
Beginnings mean change; and change, for me, is so very, very hard.
