Derik Nelson and Family
Free Concert on the Promenade
One of Peyton's first kindergarten memories was of the day Derik Nelson and Family came to his school and performed Hope (recorded in a previous year) with students at an assembly. He was moved and inspired. So, when I heard that Derik Nelson was playing a free concert (donations to benefit the Red Cross), I knew we had to check it out. We weren't disappointed. It was a lovely evening.
