Pumpkin carving. It was a lot of work for just this one little pumpkin (we never got around to carving the rest of our pumpkins), but it sure was fun! Peyton enjoyed "helping" more this year and wasn't a bit squeamish when it came time to gut it out or separate the seeds for roasting. Even Allison enjoyed this sensory experience. In fact, she experimented with all her senses, even taste, at her first pumpkin carving event.
