It took us awhile, but we finally got around to writing Peyton's birthday thank you notes. He dictated. I wrote. It took me by surprise how very thoughtful (and wordy) he was. There was even a bit of humor in some. He also insisted on starting with a note to Mommy and Daddy. This one is a keeper, for sure.
